Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
- Proven experience in mobile phone repair, or a strong aptitude for electronics repair.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing common mobile phone faults.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various mobile phone models.
- Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery changes, charging port repairs, and water damage restoration.
- Conduct thorough testing of repaired devices to ensure functionality and quality.
- Maintain an organized workspace and proper handling of tools and parts.
- Document all repair processes, including parts used and time taken, for inventory and record-keeping.
- Advise customers on device maintenance and potential issues.
