Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in science, business or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy.
• Basic understanding of pharmacy operations and market trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, disciplined and results-oriented with territory planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Willing to travel and cover multiple areas within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
• Provide input to medical sales plans and implement actions to achieve sales targets.
• Track progress against KPIs and prioritize daily sales activities.
• Call on existing and prospective customers to solicit orders and quotations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and emphasize saleable features/customer benefits.
• Prepare quotation/tender prices, delivery and commercial terms per company policies.
• Report on competitors' activities and maintain customer data in CRM.
• Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes.
• Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up on issues.
• Respond to customer orders and queries; inform customers of promotions and new/upgraded products.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery or installation of products/systems.
• Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers.
