Job summary

DKSH Group is seeking a Product Specialist to drive sales growth and manage key pharmacy accounts in the Johor Bahru region. You will focus on meeting sales targets, expanding customer relationships, and executing promotional activities to improve in-market execution.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience in healthcare or related sectors, plus strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, FMCG or OTC channel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and manage key pharmacy accounts.
• Execute promotional initiatives and ensure in-market execution.
• Call/visit customers to solicit orders, demonstrations and quotations.
• Prepare quotations and terms in line with company policy.
• Maintain CRM data and track sales KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
