Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in a Science- or Medical-related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years of related experience encouraged.
• Foundational knowledge of the industry, market landscape, competitors, customers.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in assigned territories.
• Willingness to travel and cover multiple territories.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to managing day-to-day expenditures within approved budgets.
• Provide input to medical sales plans and implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Track KPIs and sales plans, prioritizing daily activities to drive results.
• Proactively call and visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders and generate quotations.
• Deliver product demonstrations that articulate key features and benefits to customers.
• Prepare accurate quotations, tender prices, and delivery/terms in line with policies.
• Monitor competitor activities and product developments to inform sales decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales data in CRM for reporting and tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement across sales processes and customer satisfaction practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and installation of products and systems.
