Job summary

Galderma Malaysia Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Sales Leader to drive the Dermatological Skincare and Therapeutic Dermatology business through the independent pharmacy channel in Malaysia. You will lead the external sales team, set targets, and optimize trade investment and in-store execution to achieve growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably FMCG, with team leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Strong expertise in Sales, ideally with KAM experience.
• Proven track record in Sales Force Effectiveness and Sales Training initiatives.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Business Unit Lead, Trade Marketing, Brand Team, and external distributor partners to align on business objectives and execution plans.
• Achieve growth; manage and be responsible for progressive sales growth targets with the distributor and assigned key accounts.
• Responsible for profitability and growth; lead distributor collaboration for strategies and plan execution.
• Oversee promotions, planning, proposals, and execution, including tracking and budgeting.
• Execute territory management and ensure adequate coverage of the assigned area.
• Secure new customers and develop territory business plans to grow Galderma's market share.
• Serve current customers and explore new accounts to build the customer base in the territory.
