Job summary

Galderma Malaysia is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth in the Dermatological Skincare and Therapeutic Dermatology portfolio across the country. You will lead the independent pharmacy channel and manage the external sales team to achieve sales targets and optimal in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with leadership experience in FMCG.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong expertise in Sales, ideally with Key Account Management (KAM).
• Proven track record in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Sales Training initiatives.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Business Unit Lead, Trade Marketing, Brand Team, and external distributor partners to ensure alignment on objectives and execution plans.
• Achieve growth; manage and be responsible for progressive sales growth targets with the distributor and assigned key accounts.
• Responsible for profitability and growth.
• Lead and partner with distributor for business strategies implementation and plan execution.
• Responsible for effective promotions, planning, proposals, and execution including tracking, monitoring and spending within budget.
• Execute territory management and ensure adequate coverage of the assigned area.
• Secure new customers and develop territory business plans to grow Galderma market share of customers’ business.
