Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably FMCG, with experience leading teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Strong expertise in Sales, ideally with KAM experience.
• Proven track record in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Sales Training initiatives.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Business Unit Lead, Trade Marketing, Brand Team, and external distributor partners to align on objectives and execution plans.
• Achieve growth; manage and be responsible for progressive sales growth targets with the distributor and assigned key accounts.
• Responsible for profitability and growth.
• Lead and partner with distributor for business strategies implementation and plan execution.
• Responsible for promotions, planning, proposals, and execution including tracking and budget spend.
• Execute territory management and ensure adequate coverage of assigned area.
• Secure new customers and develop territory plans to grow Galderma market share.
