Job summary

CAMBER LABORATORIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Product Specialist for the Pharmacy Channel in Johor.

You will promote medical products to pharmacists and healthcare providers, and identify growth opportunities within the territory. The role requires at least 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience, willingness to travel extensively, and the ability to work independently to achieve targets. You will build strong client relationships, plan and present product information, and support marketing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Pharmacy or Specialist products.
• Experience managing pharmacies and healthcare accounts.
• Good knowledge of Rx product promotion and territory management.
• Able to develop new accounts and grow existing business.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Target-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals (Pharmacy Channel) within assigned territories.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop action plans to capture them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Strategize and plan to achieve sales targets and grow territory performance.
• Deliver product presentations.
• Submit daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses to the Key Account Manager.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Execute and participate in marketing activities effectively.
• Win new customers and develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
• Attend and organize trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
