Product Specialist (Pharmacy Channel ) in area Perak

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in Rx / specialist products
• Experience managing, pharmacies and healthcare accounts
• Good knowledge of Rx product promotion and territory management
• Able to develop new accounts and grow existing business
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Target-oriented and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals (Pharmacy Channel) within assigned territories
• Identify new business opportunities and develop action plans to capture them
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strategize and plan to achieve sales targets and grow territory performance
• Deliver product presentations
• Submit daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analysisto the Key Account Manager.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Execute and participate in marketing activities effectively

Strategic

• Execute the marketing strategies effectively
• Build and maintain relationships with KOL's and KBL's

Operational

• To meet targeted doctors' call average and distributors
• Identify and establish new prescribers
• Assess client needs and present suitable products and thereby promote Hetero brands
• Provide product information and deliver product samples
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
• Attend and organize trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
• Monitor and analyze secondary data and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
• Execution of campaigns as suggested by the Marketing team
• Prepare sales and expense reports on time
• Maintain ROI tracker
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analysis
