Job summary
BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support daily pharmacy operations and assist customers with product enquiries. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, good communication, and a detail-oriented approach.
You will work closely with the pharmacists and the store team to ensure smooth service. Responsibilities include stock maintenance, assisting with medications, and maintaining a clean, well-organised work environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Able to work well in a team
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily pharmacy operations
- Assist customers with product enquiries and provide appropriate support
- Support pharmacists in preparing and handling medications as required
- Arrange and maintain pharmacy products and inventory
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the pharmacy
- Perform basic administrative and record-keeping duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
