Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Pharmacy Assistant to support daily operations and assist customers with product inquiries in a busy Malaysian pharmacy setting.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. The role emphasizes accuracy, learning, and adherence to instructions while ensuring excellent patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily pharmacy operations
• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide appropriate support
• Support pharmacists in preparing and handling medications as required
• Arrange and maintain pharmacy products and inventory
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the pharmacy
• Perform basic administrative and record-keeping duties
• Perform other duties as assigned
