Job summary
BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Pharmacy Assistant to support daily operations and assist customers. You will work closely with pharmacists, help manage product enquiries, and contribute to accurate stock handling in a busy retail environment.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and a detail-oriented approach, and is eager to learn and follow instructions to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and detail-oriented.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily pharmacy operations
- Assist customers with product enquiries and provide appropriate support
- Support pharmacists in preparing and handling medications as required
- Arrange and maintain pharmacy products and inventory
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the pharmacy
- Perform basic administrative and record-keeping duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
