Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Sepang. The role involves assisting the pharmacist with dispensing medications, managing inventory, and delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced pharmacy setting.

Eligible candidates should have an SPM or Diploma in Pharmacy/Science (or related field) and may have prior pharmacy/clinic experience. Willingness to work shifts is essential to maintain smooth daily operations and patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Pharmacy/clinic experience is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, responsible, and proactive in assisting customers.
• Willing to work on shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with dispensing medications according to prescriptions.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock receiving and expiry checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers pick healthcare products.
• Actively promote pharmacy products by providing accurate information to customers.
• Provide information on supplements and healthcare products based on customers' needs.
• Build good relationships with customers for a friendly and quality shopping experience.
• Support daily pharmacy operations, including handling the payment system and administrative tasks.
• Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the pharmacy to create a safe and comfortable working environment.
