Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Pharmacy Assistant to support daily pharmacy operations and assist customers with product inquiries in a busy setting.

You will work closely with pharmacists, maintain inventory, ensure accurate records, and help keep the pharmacy clean and organised. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily pharmacy operations
• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide appropriate support
• Support pharmacists in preparing and handling medications as required
• Arrange and maintain pharmacy products and inventory
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the pharmacy
• Perform basic administrative and record-keeping duties
• Perform other duties as assigned
