Job summary

Eagle Cliffe in Malaysia is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support dispensing activities, manage inventory and assist customers. The role emphasizes teamwork, proactive service and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include stock handling, product promotion and collaboration with the pharmacy team to ensure quality service and a smooth daily operation. Shifts are required and customer care is a priority.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
• Pharmacy/clinic experience is an added advantage.
• Able to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, responsible and proactive in assisting customers and daily tasks.
• Willing to work on shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with medication dispensing according to prescriptions and provide basic explanations to customers.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including receiving stock, checking expiry dates, arranging stock, and ensuring stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting healthcare products.
• Actively promote pharmacy products with accurate and professional information.
• Provide information on supplements and healthcare products based on customers' needs.
• Build good relationships with customers and ensure a friendly shopping experience.
• Support daily pharmacy operations, including handling the payment system and admin tasks.
• Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the pharmacy.
