Job summary

Mega Kulim Pharmacy in Kulim, Kedah is seeking a diligent retail associate to provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and recommend products. You will assist in stock inventory, arrange shelves, maintain cleanliness, operate cashier systems, and manage price tagging and expiry checks.

This full-time role requires a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Recommend suitable products and services to customers.
• Assist in-stock inventory, order placement and receiving.
• Replenish and arrange goods on shelves for clear displays.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and standards of visual merchandising.
• Operate cashier with accurate transactions and system transfers.
• Tag prices and check product expiry dates.
• Perform additional tasks as required and adapt to rotating shifts.

Provide and maintain good customer service and relationship

Handle customer inquiries promptly & professionally (training will be provided)

Recommend suitable products/services to the customers

Assist in-stock inventory (ordering and receiving)

Replenish and arrange goods into the shelves to ensure well and organized display

Maintain outlet cleanliness and good standard in visual merchandising

Able to perform operating works such as cashier, system transfer in and out of stock, price tagging and checking the product expiry date.

Perform additional tasks as and when required

Organised personalities and able to perform multi-tasks

Requirements:

Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma or Degree with working experience above 1 year (Preferably Diploma in Pharmacy or Degree in Science)
