Job summary

Atex Pharmacy in Johor Bahru is seeking a pharmacist or experienced pharmacy staff to dispense medications under supervision, assist customers with OTC inquiries, and maintain precise patient records. You will manage inventory, process insurance claims, and ensure a clean, well-stocked pharmacy.

Strong customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential. Diploma in Pharmacy required with at least 3 years of pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical dispensing procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Assist customers with over-the-counter medication inquiries and product selection.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prescription files.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of pharmaceutical products.
• Process insurance claims and payments.
• Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with patients.
