Job summary

AA Pharmacy in Malaysia seeks a Fully Registered Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations, advise customers, and oversee regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include staff guidance, stock management, and promoting health products. A degree in Pharmacy and License A eligibility are required.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations and cover other pharmacists when needed.
• Respond to customer complaints and communicate product promotions accurately.
• Manage stock levels and stock control decisions to optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and licensing requirements.
• Lead and motivate a team to increase sales and efficiency.
• Provide training and development opportunities (on-the-job training).

Requirements

• Fully Registered Pharmacistunder Malaysia Pharmaceutical Board
• Possesses at least a Degree inPharmacy discipline, and eligible to obtain license A
• Abilityto solve practical problems and to deal with variety of changing situationunder stress.
• Abilityto work in fast paced environment.
• Outspoken, strong customerservice skills and sales-oriented mindset
• Interest in retail environmentis preferred.
• Able to work on shifts,weekends, and public holidays.
• Strongverbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Stronginterpersonal skills requiring the ability to resolve conflictinginterests and obtain corporation.
