Job summary

AA Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a Fully Registered Pharmacist to lead daily retail pharmacy operations. You will counsel customers, perform basic health screenings, and manage stock while ensuring compliance with License A and government regulations.

The role emphasizes sales-focused service, team leadership, and training staff. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication is required, with shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Fully Registered Pharmacist under Malaysia Pharmaceutical Board.
• Possesses at least a Degree in Pharmacy discipline, and eligible to obtain license A.
• Ability to solve practical problems and to deal with variety of changing situation under stress.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Outspoken, strong customer service skills and sales-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand medical, nutrition, and diet needs and recommend health supplements.
• Provide basic health screenings.
• Counsel and advise customers on medications to improve health conditions.
• Assist in day-to-day operations including coverage for other pharmacists.
• Respond to customer complaints and comments.
• Communicate new product promotions and ensure accurate communication to customers.
• Manage stock levels and control inventory while ensuring product availability.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and licensing (License A).
• Lead and motivate a team to increase sales and efficiency.
• Organize training and development for staff.
