Job summary

HEALTH LANE FAMILY PHARMACY SDN BHD in Ipoh is seeking an Outlet Pharmacy Manager to lead a team, drive KPI targets, ensure brand integrity and high service standards.

You will manage staff, develop training, oversee stock control, and build lasting relationships with customers while delivering professional health advice. A pharmacy degree and Boards registration are required, with opportunities for career progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree of Pharmacy.
• Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia
• Communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skill
• Pleasant personality, customer-friendly
• Positive working attitude, passionate about Pharmacist profession

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure achievement of outlet KPIs and target
• Make decisions which positively affect outlet performance aligned with company vision and protect brand integrity.
• Handle staff management matters in the outlet
• Develop & train staffs to ensure staffs are capable of provide appropriate health advices constantly. Provide guidance to staffs.
• Recruit, develop and retain outlet team and ensure continuous staff learning
• Handle outlet stock management and monitor outlet inventory and short expiry items in order to minimise returns.
• Provide professional consultation, healthcare screening and healthcare advices to all the customers.
• Recommend suitable supplements/healthcare products to customer to solve their problem
• Ensure to build long-term relationships with all customers
• Deal effectively with customer complaints in line with policy and liaise with management where appropriate
• Lead the team to ensure outlet operational standards are achieved
• Drive all aspects of operation compliance, ethical and professional standards through adherences with Standard Operating Procedures
• Handle in administration and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
