Health Lane Family Pharmacy SDN BHD is seeking engaged retail staff in Penang to assist customers and manage stock in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. You will help boost sales and ensure a welcoming environment.

We welcome fresh graduates; candidates with related experience are advantages. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within a growing pharmacy network across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide professional service.
• Deliver medications and complete sales transactions.
• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Display products creatively and keep the store tidy.
• Ensure inventory health and minimize short expiry items.
• Assist teammates in learning about poisons.
• Take on ad hoc duties as required.

Job description

Good customers service – provide excellence and professional service to customers

Provide a wholesome solution to customers’ queries by giving the appropriate advice and along with suitable product(s).

Willing to interact with customer in delivering medications and completing other sales transactions.

Responsible in processing cash and card payments.

Creative display of products according to market trend. Maintain a pleasant shopping environment by ensuring a clean, tidy, and well organized display

Ensure outlet has a healthy inventory with minimal short expiry items.

Assist team members in learning about poisons.

Assist in handle any other ad hoc duties from time to time when is required.
