Job summary

HEALTH LANE FAMILY PHARMACY SDN BHD is seeking a Pharmacy Outlet Manager to lead the team, drive KPIs, and ensure brand integrity at the Melaka outlet. You will oversee daily operations, staff management, inventory control, and customer-focused health consultations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, is registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree of Pharmacy
• Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve outlet KPIs and targets
• Make decisions aligning with company vision and protect brand integrity
• Handle staff management and provide guidance
• Develop and train staff to provide health advice
• Recruit, develop and retain outlet team; ensure ongoing learning
• Manage stock and monitor inventory/short expiry items
• Provide professional consultation and healthcare advice to customers
• Recommend suitable supplements/healthcare products, build long-term relationships
• Handle customer complaints per policy and liaise with management
• Lead outlet operations, ensure SOP compliance and handle admin tasks

Job description

Lead the team to ensure achievement of company and outlet KPIs & target

Make decisions which positively affect all aspects of the outlet performance that are aligned with the company vision, mission and values and protect brand integrity.

Handle staff management matters in the outlet

Develop & train staffs to ensure staffs are capable of provide appropriate health advices constantly. Provide guidance to staffs.

Recruit, develop and retain outlet team and ensure continuous staff learning is on-going

Handle outlet stock management and monitor outlet inventory and short expiry items in order to minimise returns.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Provide professional consultation, healthcare screening and healthcare advices to all the customers.

Recommend suitable supplements/healthcare products to customer to solve their problem

Ensure to build long-term relationships with all customers

Deal effectively with customer complaints in line with policy and liaise with management where appropriate

OPERATION

Lead the team to ensure outlet operational standards are achieved

Drive all aspects of operation compliance, ethical and professional standards through adherences with Standard Operating Procedures

Handle in administration and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree of Pharmacy

Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia

Communication skills, leadership and interpersonal skill
