HEALTH LANE FAMILY PHARMACY SDN BHD is seeking a full-time team member in Shah Alam to deliver excellent customer service, handle cashier duties, and assist with merchandising and stock control. You will contribute to a clean, organized store and support daily administrative tasks.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with related experience are advantageous, and there are opportunities for promotion within a growing chain.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service and answer enquiries to build relationships.
• Handle cashiering and process cash and card payments accurately.
• Assist in merchandising and maintain complete stock levels.
• Maintain a pleasant shopping environment with clean, tidy, and well-organized displays.
• Handle administration tasks and any ad hoc duties as needed.

Provide good customers service to customers

Willing to interacts with customer, answer customer enquiry and build relationship

Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments

Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display

Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
