Job summary

Health Lane Family Pharmacy SDN BHD is seeking a full-time staff member to join our outlet team in Johor. You will provide excellent customer service, handle cashiering duties, assist in merchandising, and maintain stock levels to ensure a clean and organized store environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with related experience will be advantageous. The role offers overtime and performance-based incentives, with opportunities for promotion within our growing chain.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service to customers.
• Interact with customers, answer inquiries and build relationships.
• Cashiering - processing cash and card payments.
• Assist in merchandising and maintain stock levels.
• Keep the outlet clean, tidy and well-organized.
• Handle administration work and ad hoc tasks as needed.
