Job summary

Health Lane Family Pharmacy is seeking a customer-oriented retail assistant to join our expanding network of outlets in Malaysia. You will deliver friendly service, process cash and card payments, and support merchandising and stock management to ensure a well-presented store.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with experience a bonus. You will work in a full-time role with opportunities for promotion and access to training, staff discounts, and maternity leave benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service to customers.
• Handle cashiering and payments (cash and card).

Provide good customers service to customers

Willing to interacts with customer, answer customer enquiry and build relationship

Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments

Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level

Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display

Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
