Job summary

Health Lane Family Pharmacy is seeking a motivated full-time staff member in Malaysia. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist with cashiering and merchandise, and keep the shop clean and well organized.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with related experience will have an advantage. The role includes rotating shifts, performance bonuses, and opportunities for promotion as the chain continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service, interact with customers, answer enquiries and build relationships.
• Cashiering: processing cash and card payments.
• Assist in merchandising and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain a pleasant shopping environment with clean, tidy, and well-organized displays.
• Handle administration work and any ad hoc tasks as required.
