Xepa-Soul Pattinson (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Professional Medical Representative to drive promotion and sales of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies in Selangor (Central) or Johor (Southern). The role emphasizes relationship building, territory management, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a science background, a valid driving license, and strong English/Malay communication skills, with pharmaceutical sales experience viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in science is advantageous.
• A valid driving license (D) is compulsory.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsory.
• Prior pharmaceutical sales experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and selling skills.
• Self-driven and adaptable to changing market conditions.

Responsabilités

• Promote the company's products to pharmacies within the assigned territory.
• Secure customer orders through personal sales calls or by telephone.
• Coordinate with other sales personnel to secure orders.
• Continuously prospect and qualify new customers.
• Conduct follow-up service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide monthly territorial sales forecasts.
• Submit travelling itineraries in advance.
• Provide business intelligence as required.
• Assist Sales and Marketing in developing sales execution plans.
• Willing to travel outstation with overnight stays as needed.
• Submit all reports and documentation promptly.
