Job summary

Xepa-Soul Pattinson (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Professional Medical Representative (Hospital Channel) to promote our products to private and government hospitals, specialists, pharmacies, and clinics in the assigned territory.

You will build strong relationships, identify opportunities, hit sales targets, and provide excellent service while upholding the company image. Travel may be required, and you should be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Science or related field; added advantage.
• Pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Valid D driving license required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and wholesalers within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders for long-term growth.
• Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and follow-up visits to secure orders.
• Identify and prospect new customers and opportunities in the territory.
• Support product listing activities and promotional initiatives where applicable.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams for customer support and sales execution plans.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, reports, and travel itineraries timely.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide business intelligence to management.
• Ensure all activities comply with company guidelines and code of conduct.
