Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead pharmaceutical sales initiatives across West Malaysia. You will develop and deliver sales plans to achieve targets and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

The role requires managing a team, forecasting, and coordinating with internal commercial teams to optimize portfolio coverage and access. Competitive salary MYR 96k–120k with car allowance and travel claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in sales management and account planning within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of managing customer relationships and commercial discussions.
• Ability to develop sales forecasts, review performance data and identify sales opportunities.
• Confidence in presenting product information to healthcare professionals and customers.
• Experience managing and leading a team.
• Ability to coordinate sales activity with internal commercial teams.

Responsibilities
