BREGO Life Sciences Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a Brand Strategy Lead to drive strategy, planning and commercial performance for its pharmaceutical portfolio.

You will translate market insights into focused brand plans, manage forecasts and budgets, and collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Typically 3–5 years of pharmaceutical product or brand management experience.
• Experience in forecasting, budget management, product launches and collaboration with sales teams and external healthcare professionals.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, presentation, influencing and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and presentation tools; capable of reliable performance tracking.

Responsabilités

• Lead brand strategy and portfolio planning with annual brand plans, objectives, segments, positioning, budgets and performance metrics.
• Analyse sales, market insights and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Translate brand strategy into campaigns, sales tools and healthcare professional engagement programs.
• Lead commercial launch readiness, forecasts, training and materials for new products.
• Manage growth and lifecycle plans, track milestones and resolve cross-functional barriers.
• Prepare sales and demand forecasts with Sales and Supply Chain, and monitor portfolio profitability.
