Job summary

Epplus in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Marketing Leader for the Pharmaceuticals portfolio to drive commercial success across the product lifecycle. You will lead a team of product managers and associates, shape strategic marketing plans, and collaborate with R&D, regulatory, sales and medical affairs to ensure market success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical, Sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in product management and marketing in pharmaceutical industry, FMCG, nutraceuticals or healthcare.
• Proven people management experience with at least one direct report.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for assigned products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and the competitive landscape.
• Analyze market data and customer insights to inform product positioning and strategy.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from development to post-market activities.
• Monitor product performance and drive growth and profitability.
• Lead product launch initiatives and ensure timely execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, sales, medical affairs) to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain to ensure product availability and quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers and associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals; organize events; gather feedback.
• Develop and manage budgets for marketing activities; monitor expenditures; prepare reports.

Education
