Job summary

BREGO Life Sciences in Malaysia is seeking a pharma marketing professional to drive brand plans, market insights and commercial actions. You will translate strategies into actionable priorities, track performance and support launches with training, materials and field engagement.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, internal teams and external partners, plus willingness to travel for customer engagement and field activities. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Typically 2–4 years of relevant pharmaceutical marketing or related experience.
• Experience in Orthopaedics or Obstetrics and Gynaecology is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver projects independently and analyse sales data.

Responsibilities

• Brand planning and commercial recommendations for assigned brands or workstreams.
• Use sales data and market insights to identify opportunities and actions.
• Translate brand plans into monthly/quarterly priorities and track performance.
• Maintain trackers and analyse performance by product, segment or channel.
• Coordinate launches, materials, training, events and readiness tracking.
• Prepare product trainings, updates and sales tools for the sales team.
• Coordinate vendors and budgets; monitor expenses against objectives.
• Ensure materials follow approved product information and regulatory review.
