Job summary

RHB Group invites applications for a Personal Financing Islamic (PF-i) sales role in Malaysia. The successful candidate will solicit and promote PF-i products, deliver superior customer service, and maintain compliance with Bank policies.

The role requires a related bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in sales or customer service, with strong communication and negotiation skills. The incumbent will plan sales activities, setup appointments, and cross-sell a range of retail banking products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field(s).
• 1 year of experience in sales and customer service related field.
• Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio.
• Highly motivated, winning attitude, success driven, self-initiated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.
• Demonstrate initiative, perseverance and passion in fast paced environment.
• Good communication skills; basic understanding of finance and banking products; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote PF-i product sales and achieve individual targets.
• Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers using internal marketing and self-generated leads.
• Set appointments and conduct sales calls; prospect new-to-bank customers.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products such as ASB, PF, Credit Cards, Deposits, etc.
• Ensure high standard of customer experience in line with Bank quality standards.
• Ensure compliance to Bank policies and protect the Bank's image and brand.
• Maintain the physical sales centre or sales hub in line with quality standards.
