Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service environment.
• Minimum SPM with Bahasa Malaysia 5 passes.
• Preferably 1 year of banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote Personal Loan to New To Bank and Existing To Bank customers.
• Actively cross sell on credit life insurance and credit card.
• Identify new sales strategies and approaches to increase individual and team achievements.
• Participate, plan and support sales activities.
• Obtain income documents from customers to adequately support the application.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries promptly.
• Escalate unresolved complaints to superior.
• Ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes.
