Job summary

PEOPLENET RESOURCES SDN BHD is seeking a professional driver to safely transport family members to various destinations, including meetings and errands. You will manage daily trip logs, plan efficient routes with real-time traffic apps, and ensure vehicle readiness.

The role requires a valid Malaysian driving license, discretion, punctuality, and strict adherence to traffic laws. Working 5.5 days a week with overtime pay and statutory EPF/SOCSO contributions is offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Malaysian driving license.
• Proven professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or private family setting.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Able to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and strict adherence to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport family members to and from various destinations, including scheduled meetings, appointments, and general errands.
• Manage and record daily trip logs, including school drop-offs/pick-ups and business meeting transfers.
• Plan and execute optimal travel routes using real-time traffic applications to ensure punctuality and reduce travel time.
• Adjust to last-minute schedule changes and handle unexpected itinerary updates efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in operating and handling vehicles.
• Refuel vehicles and schedule routine maintenance and servicing.
• Ensure road tax, insurance, and documentation are up to date.
• Maintain vehicles in clean, immaculate, and ready-to-use condition.
• Perform any assigned ad hoc tasks as required.

• Plan and execute optimal travel routes using real-time traffic applications (e.g., Waze, Google Maps) to ensure punctuality and reduce travel time
• Adjust to last-minute schedule changes and handle unexpected itinerary updates efficiently
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in operating and handling vehicles
• Refuel vehicles and schedule routine maintenance and servicing
• Ensure road tax, insurance, and documentation are up to date
