Job summary

You will handle last-minute itinerary changes, ensure punctuality, and maintain high confidentiality. Must hold a valid Malaysian driving license and have proven driving experience; overtime is paid according to Malaysia Labour Law.

• Professional driving experience, preferably in corporate/private family setting.
• Responsible, trustworthy and punctual.
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
• Overtime pay provided in accordance with Malaysia Labour Law.

Key responsibilities

Safely transport family members to and from various destinations, including scheduled meetings, appointments, and general errands

Manage and record daily trip logs, including school drop-offs/pick-ups and business meeting transfers

Plan and execute optimal travel routes using real-time traffic applications (e.g., Waze, Google Maps) to ensure punctuality and reduce travel time

Adjust to last-minute schedule changes and handle unexpected itinerary updates efficiently

Demonstrate strong proficiency in operating and handling vehicles

Refuel vehicles and schedule routine maintenance and servicing

Ensure road tax, insurance, and documentation are up to date

Maintain vehicles in clean, immaculate, and ready-to-use condition

Perform any assigned ad hoc tasks as required

About you

Must possess a valid Malaysian driving license

Proven professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or private family setting
