Job summary

Werkwonder Sdn Bhd invites a professional Personal Driver to support the Director and family with chauffeuring to residences, offices, meetings, and events across Klang Valley. You will handle errands, maintain confidentiality, and ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience as a corporate personal driver, a valid D-license, and strong navigation skills using Waze/Google Maps. Flexibility for long hours, weekends, and public holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience as a personal driver for a corporate senior management staff.
• Valid driving license (D).
• Able to navigate Klang Valley roads using Waze/Google Maps and other necessary apps.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeuring the Director, family, business partners or visitors to appointments and events.
• Run errands and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained and safely operated; assist with route planning to ensure timely arrivals.

Candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience as a personal driver of a corporate company’s senior management staff.

Required skills : Time Management, Defensive Driving.

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/“O” Level in any discipline.

Possess a valid driving license (D).

Preferably, the ideal candidate should reside within 15 minutes of either Bukit Jalil or Alam Sutera.

Medically and physically fit with no criminal record.

Candidate must possess a valid driving license with a clean and excellent driving record.

Familiar with Klang Valley roads and able to navigate and use necessary tech application (Waze, Google maps etc)

Ablity to start work immediately.

Must be willing to work long hours, and when required, on weekends and Public Holiday.

Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.

Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50).

A polite and professional disposition.

Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g., at rush hour).

Pleasant and good personality, responsible, reliable and well groomed.

Responsibility

Responsible for chauffeuring the company Director, his family, business partners or visitors to and from residence to office, for appointments, meetings, events as well as any other occasions. Running errands for the Director and his family members.

Weekdays :

• To start work at 7am
• Send children to school
• Fetch lady boss/maid to wet market
• Standby for boss, his lady boss & his children
• Work closely with his personal assistant and always keep track of the boss and his family members’ daily working and activity schedules
• Ensure all the vehicles are clean, tidy and well-maintained at all times
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
• Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s vehicle(s)
• Plan and manage travel routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations
• Proficient in using alternative routes during traffic jams & ability to use Waze / Google map application functions
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritising safety at all times
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with the boss and other stakeholders
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and service, and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to meet all safety requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and addressing the boss's needs during travel
• Must be able to perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the boss, his family members and the personal assistant
• Must be able to be contacted at any time, also present at all places punctually as may be stipulated or directed by the boss all the time during working hours and on stand-by time slot as designated
• Perform all duties assigned honestly, diligently and professional as well as keeping the boss & family information strictly confidential at all time also reacts quickly to emergency situations to protect boss & family
