Job summary

Private Advertiser in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan seeks a reliable personal/corporate driver to transport the employer and family members to work, appointments, meetings, school, and other destinations safely and on time. Duties include vehicle maintenance checks, route planning with GPS, keeping records of mileage and expenses, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Transport employer and family members to work, appointments, meetings, school, airport, and other destinations safely and on time.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and keep the vehicle clean inside and out.
• Plan efficient routes using GPS and traffic apps to avoid delays.
• Maintain mileage and expense records; submit reports if required.
• Be punctual, discreet, and professional; respect privacy.

Drive the employer and/or family members to and from work, appointments, meetings, school, airport, and other destinations safely and on time.

Vehicle Maintenance

Regularly inspect the vehicle for cleanliness and maintenance needs.

Ensure timely servicing, oil changes, tire checks, and repairs.

Keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior).

Route Planning & Navigation

Plan routes to avoid traffic or delays.

Use GPS or traffic apps to ensure the fastest and safest routes.

Be familiar with local streets and alternate routes.

Punctuality & Availability

Be on time and available based on the employer’s schedule.

Discretion & Confidentiality

Maintain professionalism and respect the employer’s privacy.

Avoid discussing personal or business matters overheard while driving.

Record Keeping

Keep track of mileage, fuel expenses, tolls, parking fees, etc.

Submit reports or receipts if required.

Other Tasks (if requested)

Assist with adhoc task when needed.

Requirements

Basic Communication & Understanding of English, Malay.

Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus

Valid Driving License

Experience as a personal or corporate driver is a plus.

Clean Driving Record

Good Knowledge of Local Routes

Familiarity with roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.

Strong time management skills and consistent punctuality.

Well-groomed with a polite, respectful, and discreet demeanor.

Willing to work irregular hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Able to check and report on vehicle condition (oil, tires, fuel, etc.).

Able to sit for extended periods and assist with lifting or carrying items if required.
