Job summary

OE Group Sdn Bhd in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, is seeking a reliable personal/corporate driver. You will drive the employer and family members to work, appointments, meetings, school, airport, and other destinations safely and on time.

Responsibilities include routine vehicle checks, route planning with GPS, keeping mileage and expense records, and maintaining discretion. Occasional hours, weekends, or holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic communication in English and Malay.
• Mandarin ability is a plus.
• Valid driving license required.
• Experience as a personal or corporate driver is a plus.
• Clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of local routes.
• Strong time management and punctuality.
• Well-groomed with discreet demeanor.
• Willing to work irregular hours, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive the employer and/or family members to and from work, appointments, meetings, school, airport, and other destinations safely.
• Vehicle maintenance: inspect, service, oil changes, tire checks, repairs, keep vehicle clean.
• Plan routes to avoid traffic; use GPS to ensure fastest, safest routes.
• Be on time and available according to the schedule.
• Discretion and confidentiality; avoid discussing sensitive matters.
• Record mileage, fuel, tolls, parking; submit reports when required.
• Assist with adhoc tasks when needed.

Vehicle Maintenance

Regularly inspect the vehicle for cleanliness and maintenance needs.

Ensure timely servicing, oil changes, tire checks, and repairs.

Keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior).

Route Planning & Navigation

Plan routes to avoid traffic or delays.

Use GPS or traffic apps to ensure the fastest and safest routes.

Be familiar with local streets and alternate routes.

Punctuality & Availability

Be on time and available based on the employer’s schedule.

Discretion & Confidentiality

Maintain professionalism and respect the employer’s privacy.

Avoid discussing personal or business matters overheard while driving.

Record Keeping

Keep track of mileage, fuel expenses, tolls, parking fees, etc.

Submit reports or receipts if required.

Other Tasks (if requested)

Assist with adhoc task when needed.

Requirements

Basic Communication & Understanding of English, Malay.

Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus

Valid Driving License

Experience as a personal or corporate driver is a plus.

Familiarity with roads, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.

Strong time management skills and consistent punctuality.

Able to check and report on vehicle condition (oil, tires, fuel, etc.).

Able to sit for extended periods and assist with lifting or carrying items if required.
