• Safely transport the employer, family members, VIP guests, and other designated passengers to their destinations with punctuality.
• Achieve maximum on-time completion rate for all scheduled trips.
• Maintain a clean driving record, safety, and punctuality.
• Maintain assigned vehicles in clean, roadworthy condition; renew road tax, insurance, and documentation.
• Handle confidential documents, payments, and parcels; assist with bookings and errands.
• Complete dispatch tasks within deadlines; prevent document loss or misplacement.
• Perform logistics tasks: inventory movement, document dispatch, and related errands.
• Maintain vigilance for passenger safety and privacy; act as personal protection when required.
• Plan travel routes to avoid traffic and ensure prompt arrivals; manage VIP guest hospitality.
• Undertake extra duties for events or special projects with initiative.

Key Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Key Responsibilities: Safely transport the employer, family members, VIP guests, and other designated passengers to their destinations. Ensure high level of punctuality for all official meetings, appointments, and personal events.

Achieve maximum on-time completion rate for all scheduled trips.

Maintain clean record regarding driving conduct, safety, and punctuality.

Vehicle Maintenance & Fleet Readiness

Key Responsibilities: Maintain assigned company and personal vehicles in clean, pristine, and roadworthy conditions. Responsible for daily basic cleaning, managing periodic servicing schedules, and ensuring timely renewal of road tax, insurance, and vehicle documentation.

Full compliance with daily vehicle maintenance checklist.

Minimize trip disruptions caused by preventable maintenance oversights.

Key Responsibilities: Handle and deliver confidential documents, payments, and parcels safely and confidentially. Assist with restaurant reservations, travel or meeting bookings, bank transactions, postal dispatch, purchasing essential items, and other ad-hoc support duties.

Complete assigned administrative tasks and dispatch orders within specified deadlines.

Prevent cases of document loss, misplacement, or negligence.

Logistics & Runner Operations

Key Responsibilities: Efficiently perform logistics and support tasks, including handling company inventory movement, dispatching urgent documents, collecting payments or remittances, and executing related operational errands.

Complete dispatch and logistics assignments according to the stipulated timeline.

Ensure all assignments are fully resolved or backed by valid prior justification.

Safety Awareness & Personal Protection

Key Responsibilities: Maintain high vigilance and security awareness to ensure passenger safety and personal privacy at all times. Act as personal protection support when required.

Maintain an environment free from safety or security incidents involving passengers.

Route Planning & VIP Guest Hospitality

Key Responsibilities: Plan travel routes efficiently to avoid traffic congestion and ensure prompt arrival. Welcome and manage VIP guests professionally throughout their journeys while displaying utmost courtesy, discretion, and professionalism.

Strict adherence to designated routes and pre-planned travel schedules.

Maintain clean record regarding professional etiquette, guest relations, and overall attitude.

Flexibility & Proactive Support

Key Responsibilities: Readily undertake extra assignments and additional duties when required, including supporting company events, special project logistics, or emergency arrangements. Demonstrate initiative and proactive support for seamless daily operations.

Successful completion of additional tasks assigned by management.

Consistently display proactive attitude and initiative in overall duties.
