Job summary

Deleum Berhad is seeking a professional driver to transport company directors and senior management, ensuring safe, timely journeys and meticulous vehicle upkeep.

The role requires a valid driving license, at least 5 years of experience, and thorough knowledge of Klang Valley routes. The driver will maintain logs, assist with ad hoc tasks, and uphold high standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as personal driver or company driver to senior management in a commercial organization.
• Well versed with routes within Klang Valley.
• Possess initiative to find best routes to appointment locations.
• Must display high integrity and confidentiality.
• Punctual with good sense of timing.

Responsibilities

• Drive company directors and management staff to destinations and manage schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned vehicle.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Document log books and prepare trip reports for records.
• Assist with banking or despatch tasks using company vehicle when available.

Job description

Responsible for handling and driving company directors and management staff or any other designated person(s) to their destinations.

Maintain cleanliness of vehicle assigned by performing cleaning, washing, vacuuming duties, etc.

Operating and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy; performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Regularly fuels the assigned vehicle especially before a weekend.

Ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported.

Documenting customer usage by filling log books and preparing trip reports.

Preparing accident and incident reports as necessary.

Perform general duties such as going to banks and despatch duties as and when available using the company admin vehicle.

Providing other services as requested by management when not engaged in transportation service.

Knowledge/Experience Required for the Job

At least 5 years experience as personal driver or company driver to senior management in commercial organization.

Well verse with routes within Klang Valley.

Possess initiatives in finding out best routes to locations of appointment.

Possess high level of integrity and keeps information to self.

Punctual and possess good sense of timing
