Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM education or above.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Cantonese/ Mandarin an advantage.
• Multi-lingual ability is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers for cross-sell via phone promoting HLB credit cards / personal loan using probing, qualifying and closing skills.
• Generate additional leads through referrals for acquiring New-To-Bank customers.
• Cross sell and up sell to existing customers with an array of credit card portfolio products.
• Explain HLB product offerings and promotions and pre-qualify prospects based on credit criteria.
• Ensure daily and monthly productivity targets are achieved and exceed sales indicators.
• Maintain compliance with Code of Conduct & Ethics in cards and personal loan acquisition.
