Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad in Johor seeks a Bancassurance Sales Executive to promote Tokio Marine life-insurance products through the exclusive Bancassurance partnership and to professionally sell a wide range of banca products to existing and new customers.

You will work toward achieving sales targets, maintain ongoing client relationships to increase wallet share, participate in branch and regional campaigns, and develop proactive sales plans including cross-selling and referrals.

• Promote life-insurance products under the exclusive Bancassurance partnership between RHB Bank and Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd
• Professionally sell a wide range of banca products to existing and prospective customers
• Achieve sales/revenue targets assigned by the Bank and contribute to branch targets
• Maintain regular contacts with customers to develop relationships for higher wallet share
• Participate in branch/region/Bank sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverables
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans, cross selling, up selling and engagement with customers for retention and referrals
