Job summary

MY Watch KL is seeking a discreet EA/Personal Assistant to the company director in Kuala Lumpur. You will support the owner directly, coordinate schedules, organize events, and manage reservations. Some marketing tasks and liaising with clients may be required.

The role requires fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese for communication with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients. Flexible hours are 2pm–10pm daily, with Saturdays usually off and some weekend work; travel 1–2x per

• Experience as EA/Personal Assistant to director preferred.

• Direct support to company director and manage calendar.
• Organize events and arrange reservations.

Minimum pay RM5,500 monthly up to RM9,000 with more experience

Travel 1-2x annually included & compensated

Require neat and tidy EA / personal assistant to company director

Average physical fitness or better

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.

You will learn a lot about luxury watches & the luxury watch market in KL. You will get experience working closely with the owner of a high volume watch dealer with high net worth customers.

Flexible hours mostly from 2pm afternoon to 10pm every day (except Saturday).

Not all hours busy but if have tasks, they will fall within this time period.

One off day weekly, usually Saturday off. Working on weekends often required.

Communicating and organizing events

Arranging reservations

Sourcing and ordering items online (including in-person pickup)

Sometimes assisting marketing in filming basic content

Socializing with customers & sales is NOT part of job scope.
