The Mission
Serve as the central operational nexus for the Managing Director within Sarawak’s premier technology leader. In this high-impact, fast-paced role, you will provide executive-level coordination, calendar command, and administrative orchestration in a high-velocity, modern Agile environment. Functioning as the MD’s primary liaison, you will navigate cross-departmental priorities, orchestrate complex travel logistics, and keep strategic initiatives moving at speed.
Core Execution Focus
- Agile Calendar & Schedule Command: Direct the MD’s calendar, optimizing time allocation across fast-moving strategic priorities, board syncs, and operational sprints.
- End-to-End Travel & Logistics Coordination: Orchestrate domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodation, ground transport, and multi-destination logistics with precision.
- Executive Liaison & Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary gateway between the MD, internal tech/operations teams, and external partners—communicating directives clearly and driving accountability on action items.
- Briefings, Documentation & Action Tracking: Prepare correspondence, executive slide decks, and briefing materials; attend key leadership sessions to capture concise minutes and ensure delivery on key action items.
- Discretion & Special Projects: Manage sensitive, confidential information with total integrity while assisting on strategic ad-hoc projects inside the MD’s Office.
What You Bring
- Track Record: 4 to 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Operational Coordinator supporting C-Suite / MD leadership.
- Agile & Tech Ecosystem Acumen: Proven experience thriving inside a modern, fast-moving tech enterprise or Agile environment with rapid delivery cycles.
- Logistics & Ops Mastery: Practical background in supply chain, event execution, or complex movement logistics.
- Communication & Discretion: Exceptional verbal and written command, sharp professional presence, and an uncompromising standard for confidentiality.
- Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
