Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.
• Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing agencies, or consumer-facing brands will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and support relevant marketing activities.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to achieve business and marketing objectives.
• Develop and implement digital advertising strategies for promotional, seasonal, and festive campaigns, including Chinese New Year, Mother's Day, and other key marketing periods.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, placements, and creatives to improve results.
• Track and analyse key metrics, including Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Click (CPC), CPA, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Develop and refine audience segments, including retargeting and lookalike audiences, to improve campaign reach and conversion performance.
• Write compelling advertising copy and collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging visuals, videos, and other campaign materials.
• Conduct continuous testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets across platforms to maximise campaign efficiency and marketing returns.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
• Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify new opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Work with internal marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to align advertising campaigns with promotional plans and business objectives.
