Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional certificate in HR management or related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive HR Generalist/HRBP experience.
• Retail industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to assigned business units.
• Serve as a key HR contact for leaders and employees.
• Support execution of people plans set by senior HR leadership.
• Assist in manpower planning and talent management activities.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports; provide workforce data to stakeholders.
• Handle employee relations matters including grievances and investigations; ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
