Job summary

LVMH seeks a People Services Senior Payroll Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to lead end-to-end payroll operations and tax filings across APAC. You will drive automation, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR and finance to deliver a scalable payroll journey for employees within the luxury group.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage vendors, and continually improve processes while upholding data confidentiality and integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant experience in APAC Payroll Operations with strong payroll knowledge.
• Proficient in labour laws, payroll and tax regulations across Singapore, Malaysia and India.
• Demonstrates analytical problem solving and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative with a privacy mindset.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Payroll & Tax Execution including salaries, pensions, tax filings and journal entries.
• Leave System Administration and policy changes updates.
• Vendor Management to review and improve service quality.
• Stakeholder Management across internal and external partners.
• Drive Continuous Improvement through automation and lean practices.

Job responsabilities

How you will contribute…

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Operations:
  • End-to-End Payroll & Tax Execution: You will be responsible for full spectrum payroll including payroll processing, payment of salaries, pension, tax filing, working with finance to secure funding for payouts, and timely submission of payroll journal entries to Finance, including related accruals and provisioning.
  • Leave System Administration: You will update leave configuration with any policy changes.
  • Vendor Management: You will review and improve vendors’ quality of service.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners, ensuring alignment and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  • Continuous Improvement: Innovate and refine payroll processes within the framework of company’s guidelines to achieve greater efficiency.
  • Compliance: You will address any queries from audits or statutory bodies, maintaining compliance standards.
  • Projects: You will participate in projects to optimize and evolve service delivery through automation, lean concepts, up-skill and increase knowledge across team.
