Job summary

Moët Hennessy in Malaysia seeks a Financial Analyst for Southeast Asia, reporting to the Head of FP&A. You will support financial reporting, variance analysis, and business partnering to drive sustainable growth, cash flow, and profitability.

The role involves system maintenance (SAP, Topaz, Power BI, ANAPLAN, QlikSense), preparing monthly management reports, and contributing to continuous improvement. This fixed-term contract offers exposure to a global luxury group and career development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a financial function.
• Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas and VBA would be an advantage.
• Experience with SAP/Topaz, and data visualization tools (Power BI, ANAPLAN, QlikSense).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Financial Analyst, Southeast Asia

We're thrilled to announce the opening for Financial Analyst, Southeast Asia reporting to the Head of FP&A. As the Financial Analyst, you will be the key person to assist the FP&A team in all financial reporting, and to provide financial information to the directors of the Company and shareholders. This role will offer you a solid foundation to grow into FP&A Manager in near future. This will be a Fixed Term Contract position.

Job Responsibilities

How you will contribute…

Financial analysis, reporting and business partnering (60%)

• MH actual closing and Forecast: Perform Southeast Asia financial reporting as required by management. This includes the preparation of monthly key financials, variance analysis, Revenue analysis file, A&P analysis file, etc.
• Monthly A&P tracker: prepare monthly A&P tracking file of each market, coordinate with brand and customer marketing team to predict the YTG in rolling forecast, and lead the monthly presentation to Finance Director and Marketing Director.
• Monthly Overhead analysis: prepare monthly overhead reports of each market,

System maintenance (20%)

• Act as the Controlling Key User in SAP and Topaz and update templates accordingly after OTL change
• Be the contact of the team with maisons, region and consolidation team to ensure smooth communication and advise on potential impact and solution
• Adopt any new system and ensure the knowledge transfer within the team (PowerBI, ANAPLAN, Qliksense), seize any potential automatization opportunity

Management reports (15%)

• Prepare presentation for monthly and quarterly management presentations
• Prepare Ad-hoc presentation and analysis template for business and review purpose

Operation Excellence (5%)

• Manage or support new projects to go beyond the recurring

Profile

• Strong motivation in the role itself
• Strong in Excel (complicated formulas, VBA), comfortable in learning to use new tools (AI, Copilot)
• Strong in financial knowledge and data analysis
• Structured thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to plan for and meet deadlines
• Ability to balance assertiveness while maintaining good interpersonal relations
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in a financial function
