Job summary

EcoWorld is seeking an Assistant Manager, People Performance & Benefits to oversee performance management, compensation, rewards, benefits, policies and people analytics. The role blends hands-on execution with data analysis, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will manage annual salary reviews, KPI reporting, benchmarking databases and benefits administration while aligning with established guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Professional HR or relevant specialist certification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Performance Management, HR Analytics or related PPB functions.
• Hands-on experience coordinating and executing salary reviews, benchmarking or benefits reviews.
• Exposure to KPI frameworks, job architecture, Talent Records or survey analysis is an advantage.
• Experience with digital workflows or automation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual performance appraisal cycle, including data preparation, communications, tracking, follow-up, validation and reporting.
• Support the development and implementation of KPI principles, guidance and templates.
• Review KPI and performance data for quality, prepare analysis and calibration materials, and recommend practical actions for management review.
• Execute salary review, increments and performance incentive exercises per guidelines.
• Maintain benchmarking databases, salary ranges and documentation and support improvements to reward practices.
• Administer benefits processes and respond to routine employee and stakeholder enquiries within approved policies.
• Coordinate insurance renewals, claims support, and policy administration.
• Review and maintain PPB policies, guidelines and communications within the portfolio.
